Water Truck Driver

Seeking a reliable water truck driver. with 1-2 years of water truck driving experience. We value continuous improvement and encourage our employees to expand their skills and gain experience within our industry. The primary responsibility of this job is to operate a water truck at various job sites to control dust and support construction activities. Our job sites include Weber, Salt Lake, Tooele to Utah Counties. You must be dependable, on time, and able to work full-time M-F. Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with tanker endorsement is required.
Responsibilities
Transporting Water: As a water truck driver, your primary duty is to safely transport water to job sites. This involves loading the truck with water from designated locations and distributing it as needed.
Dust Control: On construction sites, water trucks play a crucial role in controlling dust. You will operate the water truck to spray water in designated dusty areas.
Safety Checks: Regularly inspecting the water truck is essential. Follow a daily safety checklist to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on the water truck’s performance. If you notice any issues, report them promptly.
Safety Protocols: Always adhere to safety protocols and company procedures. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), following traffic rules, and securing the load properly.
Communication: Effective communication with site supervisors and other team members is vital.
Team Player: As part of the crew, be ready to assist with other tasks as needed.
Additional Qualifications
Knowledge of safety procedures.
Ability to read and understand maps.
Strong work ethic, team player attitude, and commitment to safety.

Laborers

Seeking hard working laborers with the willingness to learn and advance in our trade. You must have a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation as our job sites include Weber, Salt Lake, Tooele to Utah Counties. You must be dependable, on time, and able to work full time M-F. Occasional volunteer weekend work during busy seasons.
Responsibilities
Tasks will include shoveling, fine grading and operating small compaction equipment.
Assist with grading and excavation tasks.
Work on the installation of underground utilities such as water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
Operate and maintain equipment and tools associated with excavation and utility installation.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications
No experience necessary.
Must be able to lift 90 pounds repeatedly and be on your feet all day.
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Experience in construction, excavation, or utility work is preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
